Building "Green" For A Better Tomorrow

At age 5, Jesse had his first remodel project earning 5 cents for every tile he scraped from the floor of his family’s 1929 Spanish style home…the photograph still sits in his office today.

Jesse spent his childhood balancing a devotion to athletics, and summer jobs spent building and remodeling homes. Highly competitive, he thrives on the challenges of sports, plays basketball and golf, and recently ran his first marathon. He used his work ethic and team mentality to learn every aspect of the construction process, excelling as a construction manager, and then regional supervisor working with the nation’s largest production home builders. With a logical nature and a passion for healthy living and the environment, Jesse became frustrated with the inefficiency, waste, and poor quality in a growing number of today’s new homes.

In 2006, Jesse founded Tellus Construction with the desire to serve clients, the environment, and his passions by building with both intelligence and conscience.
